Our Windy Ridge brand was created to reflect our infamous Manawatu breeze and of course the green horizon of the Tararua and Ruahine Ranges that we look out to. It is a pleasure to bring you these coffees and know that you will enjoy it also. Windy Ridge Coffee is dedicated to providing the very best in Organic and Fair Trade high grown Arabica coffee.

Much of our Windy Ridge brand coffee is grown in grower co-operatives in Central and South America and the highlands of PNG.  Hand picked, washed process and sundried, many grown under shade tree plantings.  We pay a premium for these FTO coffees so you can enjoy their quality and know that the farmers are getting a better price and can add value into their communities with projects they wish to achieve.

We carefully roast the green beans in small batches to preserve their unique flavour and skillfully blend to produce the perfect cup.
