Our Windy Ridge brand was created to reflect our infamous Manawatu breeze and of course the green horizon of the Tararua and Ruahine Ranges that we look out to. It is a pleasure to bring you this coffee and know that you will enjoy it also.
Windy Ridge Coffee is dedicated to providing the very best in Organic and Fair Trade high grown Arabica coffee.
Much of our Windy Ridge coffees are grown in grower co-operatives in Central and South America and the highlands of PNG. Hand picked, washed process and sundried, mostly from shade tree plantings. We carefully roast the green beans in small batches to preserve their unique flavour and skillfully blend to produce the perfect cup.
